Mrs Sandhya

Pastlife Regression Therapist

There comes a moment, quiet yet profound, when the question arises not from our lips but from the depths of our being: Who am I?

It’s not a puzzle to solve, nor a thought to chase. It’s a doorway—one that opens when the noise of becoming fades into silence. When we turn inward, the masks begin to loosen—the names, the stories, the joys and wounds. One by one, they drift away like autumn leaves, until only stillness remains. In that stillness, something ancient awakens: the witnessing presence that simply is.

My Path

My own journey into this work began not with a theory, but with this very inquiry. Rooted in the wisdom of Atma-vichara, I have spent years exploring the landscape of consciousness—unlearning the roles I thought I had to play and resting in the vast, wordless eternal.

I have found that the study of the Self and the exploration of our past lives are not separate paths. They are a single journey toward wholeness. Through past-life remembrance, the soul’s continuity unveils itself—glimpses of faces once known, echoes of stories once lived. These memories are not burdens; they are the heart’s way of polishing the mirror of consciousness, allowing us to see that the "I" we were yesterday is merely part of the light we are today.

Our Work Together

In our sessions, I serve as a compassionate witness to your journey. My role is not to lead you into a fantasy, but to help you navigate the echoes of your own history so you may integrate the lessons of the past and reclaim the freedom of the present.

Whether you are seeking to understand deep-seated patterns, resolve lingering heartbreaks, or simply answer that quiet, insistent call to know your own source, I offer a space of safety, patience, and non-judgment.

As the sages have reminded us, we were never lost. We were only remembering.

Let’s Begin

If you feel the stirrings of this remembrance, I invite you to explore your soul's journey with me. Together, we can quiet the noise, honor the stories you have lived, and step into the light of the present.
