Why Astitvam?
There are words that are spoken — and then there are words that awaken something within you. अस्तित्वम् (Astitvam) is one such awakening. It is not just a name; it is a remembrance — of a truth that hums quietly inside every soul: You have always been; you will always be. You chose ‘Astitvam’ for your past life regression therapy because it reflects an eternal truth: even before your first breath and long after your last, you have always existed — whole, unbroken, and divine.
In Sanskrit, अस्तित्वम् (Astitvam) means “existence,” “essence,” or “the very state of being.” It speaks of that quiet pulse within — the part of us untouched by time, pain, or memory. In the philosophies of India, it represents the divine certainty of “I am” — not merely as a body or a name, but as consciousness itself: vast, unbroken, and eternal.
Every soul carries ancient stories — echoes of who we’ve been, threads of emotions and lessons yet to be completed. Past life regression is not about escaping the present; it’s about remembering your wholeness across time. The name Astitvam whispers to every seeker: you are not lost; you have always been. It is a return to the simplest truth — that beyond every lifetime, your soul’s light continues to shine.
In a world obsessed with identities and roles, Astitvam becomes a prayer — a reminder to pause and ask, Who am I beneath it all? Through the process of regression, people gently peel away layers of illusion and fear, coming home to their Astitvam — their pure being. Each journey through time becomes an act of self-healing, an embrace of all that has ever been you.
When the name came to life, it did not arrive as an idea — it arrived as a whisper: soft, ancient, and familiar. It carried the knowing that the work of past life regression is not about moving backward in time, but about returning home to what has never left.
Every soul that enters this space brings fragments of forgotten songs — of love once known, silence once embraced, pain once unspoken. Through this inward journey, each person begins to remember:
that their essence was never wounded,
that their light was never dimmed,
that beneath the layers of lifetimes, their being — their Astitvam — has always remained radiant.
In a world that constantly asks, Who are you supposed to be?, Astitvam gently poses a different question: Who are you, when all else falls away? It is not merely healing; it is awakening — a soft unraveling until only truth remains.
When I named it Astitvam, it felt as though the universe exhaled and placed its heartbeat in my hands. It was never a title — it was a vow.
A vow to remind every soul that walks through its doors:
You are not your wounds.
You are not your past.
You are the silence between lifetimes.
You are the song of eternity itself.
And in that stillness — beyond name and beyond time — your Astitvam, your pure existence, continues to shine,
in its quiet, endless beauty… forever.
